How it works
Hiring tables and chairs should not be complicated. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you start browsing to the moment we pick everything up.
Tell us your event details
The date, your suburb and postcode, rough guest numbers and whether you are indoors or out. That is all we need to work out availability and pricing.
Receive your quote
We check availability for your date and send back a quote covering hire costs and delivery options. If your numbers look off, we will say so.
Enjoy your event
Once you accept the quote we lock in your booking. Everything arrives clean and ready to go, and we collect it afterwards.
How much do I actually need?
The most common question we get. These are guides, not rules, and they assume a fairly standard sit-down or grazing setup.

Place settings, centrepieces and grazing platters all take up room, so allow a little extra if it is a full sit-down meal.

Add a 4ft table or two for the cake, gifts, drinks or a sign-in book. Those tables are rarely counted in the guest maths but are almost always needed.
Things people forget
- A table for food, separate from where people are sitting
- Somewhere to put the esky, drinks and ice
- A few spare chairs for grandparents and late arrivals
- A kids table if there are children coming
- Access to the setup area for unloading

We deliver across our service area. Delivery costs depend on where you are and how much you are hiring, and are quoted up front.

Payment and deposits
Payment terms are set out on your quote before anything is confirmed.
